Role Overview

  • As a Capital Markets Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s capital markets activities, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior team members, investors, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of capital markets processes and engagements. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finance and relationship management.

     

    · Create and manage prospect accounts, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and organization of all related databases.

    · Conduct in-depth research on potential investors and prepare detailed analysis, briefing materials, and meeting preparation documents.

    · Draft, proofread, and edit presentation decks, investor communications, and supporting investor materials with a high level of polish.

    · Provide responsive customer service and timely follow-up communications to capital markets stakeholders.

    · Coordinate logistics and materials for due diligence meetings, asset tours, and other investor-facing engagements.

    · Assist in the planning and execution of client events, investor meetings, and strategic engagement opportunities.

    · Support senior team members during travel by managing schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring consistent information flow to investors.

    · Collaborate closely with research and marketing teams to develop, refine, and execute capital markets initiatives.

    · Document key discussion points and strategic insights from meetings and calls and facilitate timely follow-up. 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

· 2-4 years of professional experience in capital markets, investment banking, investor relations, or a similar role.

· Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
