We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Visualization Specialist to join our design team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture or interior design who has developed a strong passion and skillset in rendering. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience producing photo-realistic interior and exterior renderings for use in online and print marketing.

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

· Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural visualization or rendering.

· Strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior renderings with a high level of realism and design sensitivity.

· Proficiency in industry-standard software such as:

o 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Revit, etc.

o Adobe Photoshop or similar for post-production

· Understanding of composition, lighting, and materiality in architectural visualization.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Willing to accept feedback and grow as an artist.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to communicate production methods to those not familiar with the field of visualization.
