Role Overview

As an Account Settlement Compliance Manager, you assist Account Settlement leadership with duties related to collection efforts of a portfolio of customer accounts. Here are the roles you’ll play:

The Organizer

 

· Review large balance accounts prior to Tier 1 & 2 assignments

· Communicates with the ASD Manager to make changes in Collection processes when needed

· Helps gather data on markets struggling with their recovery/accuracy/etc.

· File Jetty Claims, manage Jetty discrepancies and reconcile claims report

· Assigned new contacts

· Confirm ASD SOE is being followed by sites and help communicate training to sites

· Small Number of Accounts assigned monthly

The People Person

· Train and coach account settlement specialist on standard operating environment

· Respond to inquiries received in the Account Settlement Department inbox

· Provide feedback and recommendations

· Answer 3rd party disputes

· Assist with complex accounts and communicate with the residents and attorney

 

Qualifications

· Strong 4+ years of experience in property management or similar industry

· High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree in related field preferred

· Solid communication skills that allow you to connect easily with diverse groups of people

· Stellar track record of leasing or sales experience

· Solid attention to detail

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Resourceful problem solving skills

· Enthusiastic and professional customer service

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
