Role Overview

The Legal Assistant will provide critical support that keeps our legal department operating at peak efficiency. From managing case files and drafting documents to coordinating with internal teams and external counsel, you help streamline processes, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance. Here are the roles you’ll play:

Qualifications

  • Strong 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a related legal support role within a corporate or law firm environment

  • Familiarity with contract law, litigation support, and regulatory compliance preferred

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
