Role Overview

As a Regional Facilities Manager, you ensure effective oversight and execution of preventive maintenance, support, training within a defined region of investments typically with less than 10,000 units. Provide feedback, guidance, and updates as appropriate to Service Managers, community teams, and Directors of Operations. Here are the roles you’ll play:

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of stellar experience in increasingly responsible management positions within facilities management
  • High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license
  • Ability to evaluate and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical equipment and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with numbers and figures
  • Knowledge and experience in the review and application of NFPA life and fire safety codes
  • Strong understanding of OSHA standards and SDS regulations
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-60%; availability to work all shifts, including weekends
  • Solid experience utilizing MS Office
