Role Overview

As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping our team organized and on track. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate communications, and provide reliable support across projects and daily operations. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure, and takes pride in helping others succeed. 

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel and logistics to keep things running smoothly. 
  • Provide support on projects, assignments, and team initiatives, ensuring tasks and deliverables stay on track. 
  • Maintain organized records, files, and systems while handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Monitor deadlines and priorities, helping leaders and teams stay focused on what matters most. 
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Capture meeting notes and share clear action items to support accountability and follow-through. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and suggest improvements that make day-to-day work more efficient. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional setting. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
