Role Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across Cortland’s corporate functions. You’ll drive full-cycle recruitment strategies, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Cortland’s values and supports our business objectives. Your expertise will help shape scalable, data-informed hiring practices that fuel our continued growth. 

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments; background in corporate functions like Technology, Accounting, or Marketing preferred 
    • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to develop tailored, effective recruitment strategies 
    • Proficient in recruiting tools, with a strong grasp of digital sourcing best practices 
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; consultative approach with stakeholders 
    • Experience using data and analytics to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment efforts 
    • Committed to inclusive hiring practices with a track record of building diverse talent pipelines 
    • Skilled in creating recruitment marketing content, campaigns, and sourcing strategies that attract top talent 
    • Trusted to handle confidential information and maintain compliance with recruitment documentation standards 
    recruitment records in compliance with legal requirements.
