**This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible until October 5th, 2025 with possibility for extension as required. This role will be onsite Monday through Friday at our Buckhead office. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide coverage for a vital team member during this period. While this is a short-term role, strong performers may be considered for future long-term opportunities!
Under general supervision, the Contract Administrator assists in the contract management and contract administration function of Cortland. Responsibilities include contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
· Create and route vendor contracts using Coupa, various company contract forms, and DocuSign.
· Maintain a 3-business day turn-around from approved contract request to execution.
· Verify insurance compliance for each vendor during the contracting process and notify contract requestors of deficient vendors.
· Maintain accurate contract files and a contract tracking log of all executed vendor agreements.
· Create contract reports as requested.
· Provide customer service to internal customers and vendors regarding the contract process.
· Maintain and prioritizes workload, ability to meet deadlines to ensure efficient job coordination. Escalating issues as requested or necessary.
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related major, or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested
· 2+ years of previous contract administration experience preferred
· Experience in the multifamily industry preferred
· Self-motivated with attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· This position does not include(s) supervisory responsibilities.
· This position is classified as Hourly Non-Exempt and is eligible for payment of time-and-one-half the regular rate of pay for hours worked over 40 in a week.
