The ideal HVAC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems across our communities to ensure residents experience a comfortable and safe living environment. This role also supports general maintenance efforts, ensuring property assets are well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal Certification (required).
• 2+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in the multifamily or residential property industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
