We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and oversee building technology installations at our multifamily properties. In addition to managing the end-to-end deployment of building technology solutions, including Managed Wi-Fi, access control, camera systems, and EV charging stations, the Sr. Manager will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers. Furthermore, the Sr. Manager holds responsibility for managing the profit and loss (P&L) of all Building Technology Projects. This includes contracting revenue with Cortland Properties as necessary, as well as optimizing team headcount and project costs to ensure financial sustainability and alignment with organizational goals.
