Role Overview

As Compensation and Benefits Consultant, you’ll play a key role in advancing our Total Rewards strategy through thoughtful analysis, process execution, and collaborative problem-solving. This forward-facing position partners closely with Talent and cross-functional teams to ensure our compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

 

  • Guide the development and implementation of compensation, incentive, and recognition programs
  • Partner with Talent leaders to assess needs and recommend compensation solutions
  • Participate in annual salary planning activities including data modeling, manager support, and materials for executive review
  • Conduct market analyses to determine competitive positioning of roles and assist with job evaluations and leveling
  • Provide consultative support on compensation for new roles, promotions, and internal realignments
  • Participate in and analyze salary surveys to inform compensation strategy
  • Validate annual incentive calculations to ensure accuracy and alignment with plan design
  • Maintain and document compensation-related procedures to support consistency and compliance
  • Serve as a data resource to TR partners, business leaders, and Finance on compensation-related matters
  • Collaborate on equity and performance increase spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Support benefits operations by processing invoices, running monthly reports, and contributing to ongoing benefit projects
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and projects across compensation and benefits using data from ATS, HRIS, and LMS systems

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, rewards, or related HR analytics role
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or similar field preferred
  • Compensation or HR Certification a plus - CCP
  • Strong Excel skills; comfort working with large data sets and creating clean, decision-ready deliverables
  • Experience with salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies
  •  Proactive communication style with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and confidently
  • Attention to detail, organizational rigor, and an eagerness to learn and improve processes
  • Experience supporting benefit operations is a plus, but not required
