Role Overview

As a Leasing Hub Associate, you’ll be part of our Center of Excellence (COE), generating excitement about Cortland’s communities and connecting prospective residents with the perfect apartment home—all from a centralized contact center. You’ll nurture incoming leads, build relationships over the phone, and set the stage for a successful in-person leasing experience.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents across phone, email, and text channels

  • Deliver engaging, informative, and personalized outreach to match future residents with ideal communities

  • Build deep knowledge of Cortland communities, pricing, amenities, and local markets to advise prospects accurately

  • Generate appointments by nurturing and converting 80 - 120 leads per day

  • Drive tour traffic and occupancy by booking high-quality appointments for on-site leasing teams

  • Collaborate closely with onsite teams to align on availability, resident needs, and community updates

  • Maintain accurate records in OneSite, L2L, and CRM platforms

  • Continuously improve your performance through feedback, coaching, and community visits

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact center environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport

  • Strong typing, multitasking, and computer skills

  • Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) preferred

  • Experience using OneSite, L2L, or similar leasing platforms

  • Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced environment with KPIs and goals

  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed
