The Executive Assistant to the President of Operations will provide administrative and operational support to our President of Operations and the Operations Executive team, ensuring that the leadership team is set up for day-to-day success. This role requires someone who is obsessed with the details, has a proactive mindset, and has a confident “I can do it” attitude toward tasks big and small. This role focuses on administrative support, calendar management, logistics coordination of travel, meetings, and some events. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone with strength in attention to detail, solid organization, strong communication skills, the ability to handle all responsibilities in a discreet, positive, and efficient manner when under pressure.
This is an in-office position based in our Buckhead office location. This role requires a high degree of professionalism when representing the President of Operations and the team.
