Job Overview

The Coupa Procurement Manager is responsible for leading a small team to provide administrative support for Cortland’s Coupa eProcurement platform. This role will be tasked with the day-to-day management of Coupa and is a key support role in data reporting, change management and master data integrity.

 

Roles You Will Play

 

  • Key member of the Coupa implementation Project Team for the deployment of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay modules.
  • Oversee the team that is responsible for supporting activities pertaining to the launch and maintenance of Coupa.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of Coupa, including system workflows, master data management, user provisioning, template and form creation and management, workflow maintenance, and support.
  • Coordinate processes with the accounts payable function to facilitate compliance of Client’s established policies
  • eProcurement subject matter expert, including knowledge sharing for new features and enhancements with scheduled releases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to process configurations and expected functionality.
  • Support Coupa system upgrade testing, communications and deployment with Technology department.
  • Oversee supplier enablement and catalog creation.
  • Support change management and training activities with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Develop, implement, and support procurement process improvements.
  • Provide system support for Cortland employees and suppliers.
  • Implement and maintain eProcurement policies within Coupa.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to the Supplier Master and expansion of suppler catalogs.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with key stakeholders on system integrations and configuration.
  • Monitor and report on usage of P2P tools through optimizing standard and custom reports for business analytics.
  • Support Internal and External Audit data needs.
  • Assist in special projects and other duties, as assigned.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Building Blocks of Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in procurement systems, with management experience (multifamily industry experience is preferred)
  • Strong leadership, customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position includes supervisory responsibilities
