Job Overview

As a Community Manager, you lead the entire site team in conducting the day-to-day operations of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community. This position is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is passionate about creating a world-class living experience for residents.Take the helm of a high-rise luxury community, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service for residents.

Roles You Will Play

The Mayor

  • Serve as the face of the community, exuding professionalism and confidence while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Guide residents through challenges with poise and thoughtful problem-solving, maintaining a calm demeanor and sound judgment.
  • Build strong connections with residents of diverse backgrounds, understanding their needs and enhancing their living experience.

The Mentor

  • Lead a dedicated team to provide unparalleled service to a discerning resident base.
  • Inspire your team to deliver above-and-beyond service, setting a standard of excellence through example.
  • Clearly communicate priorities, ensuring protocols are followed and residents continue to feel proud of their community.
  • Keep your door open to your team, offering guidance on everything from professional growth to innovative resident events.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and motivation efforts with energy and focus, resolving conflicts proactively and fostering a harmonious work environment.
